Description: NA A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Northrop Grumman IAW FAR 6.302(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government does not possess technical data completely defining the form,fit and function of the item being procured. In addition, the form , fit and function is not defined by any nationally recognized industry standard or specification. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide technical assistance in defining the functional or performance requirements required for a Land Warrior system to i nterface with the existing intercom contained within the Stryker vehicle. The contractor shall be able to detail the changes reauired within the FFCS to provide the interface characteristics needed. Contractor shall use his detailed knowledge of the AN/VIC -3 system and limitations of the proprietary Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) digital interfaces. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION as a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-03-Q-H622. Solicitation requireme nts and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. The written quote is due no later than 1:30 PM on 3 September 2003.
