Quantity: 11; applicable to the CH-47 Airframe with deliveries to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Production Lead-time is 11 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is res tricted to The Boeing Company DBA Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code 77272, Route 291 & Stewart Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, because the cost to the Government to breakout this part and acquire it competitively has been determined to exceed the projected savings over the life span of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the export Administrative Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
