- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F34601-03-M-50292. The solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). Closing date for quotations will be received at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 10 Sept 2003. Source(s) is (Cage 66503) Woodward Governor Co., 5001 N Second St, Rockford IL 61125-7001.
