- This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-2107 and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F2J66332020300-01 B-LINE is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
