- Amendment/modification 1 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation F39601-03-Q-C105, Purchase and Delivery of Structural Burn Tower/House a. The following options are to be included as part of the WH-3S, Lieutenant, or equal package: 1. One (1) each, 30? Tall Fire Escape (Attaches to existing exterior stairs) 2. One (1) each, Ships Ladder 3. Eight (8) each, Rappelling Rings 4. One (1) each, 2?6? X 4?6? Bilco Roof Hatch 5. One (1) each, Fan/Belt Driven Sidewall Exhauster (Standard ? one speed, Single phase, 240 volt) 6. One (1) each, Artificial Smoke Distribution System, 6 rooms (Includes cabinet, circulation fan, bate valves, and 3? diameter schedule 40 pvc pipe) 7. One (1) each, Smoke Machine (Output 10,000 CFM) b. Provide materials to attach WH-3S, Lieutenant, or equal to existing WS-2, Probie, training facility.
