Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. This requirement was previously solicited on 14 Aug 03 as a sole source requirement, solicitation numbers F29605-03-Q-0069 and F29605-02-Q-0069. Solicitation numbers F29605-03-Q-0069 and F29605-02-Q-0069 are hereby cancelled, as well as the corresponding Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The new solicitation number for this procurement is F29605-03-Q-0070 and is issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290; size standard 750 employees. This procurement a competitive, 100% total small business set aside. The 27th Contracting Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is requesting quotation for seven (7) contract line items, FOB: Destination. This is a firm-fixed price procurement using Commercial Procedures. Bid Schedule shall be for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS); CLIN 0001, ACU-1000 Bundle (includes ACU-1000, PSM-1A, CPM-2 and HSP-2), Part No.: 5961-200000, 2 sets; CLIN 0002, DSP, Digital Sig. Proc., Part No: 5961-818000, 24 each; CLIN 0003, Interface Cable for Motorola HT1000 Radio, 2 each; CLIN 0004, Interface Cable for Motorola XTX3000 Radio, 2 each; CLIN 0005, Interface Cable for XTX5000 Radio, 2 each; CLIN 0006, Interface Cable for Motorola Astro Saber Radio, 2 each; CLIN 0007, 2 days travel and 2 days training, 1 each. Shipment will be made to 27 CES/CEXL/CEXRF, 109 Engineers Way, Cannon AFB, NM 88103. Offerors shall include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
