- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 91= 3 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to furnish and install all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to install a two-(2) bed sleep lab system. NAICS Code 339112/ size standard: 500 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted for full and open competition.
