CONTROLLING REFERENCE (80063) A3102578 FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. - - - - - - - - FIRST ARTICLE TESTING IS NOT REQUIRED - - - - - - - - BID SET AVAILABLE TO BE QUOTED I/A/W BID SET Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 60 each 30 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 60-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 20-49; 50-49; 100 to 149, 150 to 199, 200 to 249, 250 to 300. ? All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. FAT not required. See note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of __9-5-03_______. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is restricted to Small Business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Approved sources are ACE and Co Inc ( 1HVU5) DBA Strand Technologies . The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
