Description

Defense Contract Management Agency intends to award on other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 ?Only One Responsible Source,? with C/S Solutions Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This notice is a combined synopsis & solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. No other solicitation will be issued for this requirement. The contract document will incorporate the current FAR provisions and clauses. This requirement is for Reveal Software Maintenance effective for the period of October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004. Only C/S Solutions, Inc. has a system that can operate the winsight software for the evaluation and analysis environment for DCMA?s Earned Value Management System (EVMS). The EVMS system abstracts data from contractors for DCMA Headquarters, District and Contract Management Officer (CMO) users to administer major Government programs. A firm fixed-priced purchase order is contemplated. The clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5. Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Executive Orders-Commercial Items and DFAR clause 252.212-7001, Contract terms and conditions required to implement statues or Executive Orders applicable, applies to this acquisition.
