Question 1- Will you accept broadcast quality TV1 (analog) fiber optic service? Answer 1- Yes, broadcast quality TV1 is required. Question 2- Is this service to be a duplex video fiber line or 2 separate lines - outbound from OCB to the BellSouth switch and inbound to OCB from the BellSouth switch? Answer 2 - This service is to be two (2) separate lines, one dedicated transmit and one dedicated receive. Question 3 - Would you be interested in receiving a proposal bundling local Miami video fiber service with long distance fiber backhaul to Washington, DC? Answer 3 - No. Question 4 - You reference the "stated schedule for completion." Please provide a timeline or schedule for completion. Would this be your October 1st start date? Or do you need test time? Answer 4 - Fiber optic connectivity, including test time, must be completed prior to the October 1st start date. Question 5 - The statement of work mentions an "alternate transmission path to broadcast BBG's program signal to Washington," is this also part of the RFP or is it just the local fiber connections in Miami? Answer 5 - The statement is not part of the requirement, it was included in the RFP only to describe the capabilities of Bellsouth's Miami Fiber Optic Video Switch. Question 6 - Past Performance - Do you require submittal of past performance references and if so, what are the limitations? Answer 6- Offerors must provide references of at least three (3) clients to whom they've provided similar services within the past three years.
