- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-03-T-0274 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is set aside for small business. This soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333315 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Fleet Contracting Center, Key West, Florida intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis the following line items manufactured by Sanyo (Projectors), Toshiba (DVD/VCR) & Sony (Receiver) or Brand name or equal: 1. Projector (classroom), P/N PLC-XP46, 4100 Lumens/4:3 Aspect ratio, QTY 03 each. 2. Projector (OPS), P/N PLV-70, 2200 Lumens/16:9 Aspect Ratio, QTY 01 each. 3. White Screen, DA-Lite Perm wall mount, HDTV (16:9)/65x116in. (159 in. diag.), QTY 01 each. 4. DVD/VCR Combo, P/N SD-V290, DVD Player/Hi-Fi VCR combo, QTY 04 each. 5. Receiver, P/N STR-DE995, 7.1 Channel Audio Receiver, QTY 04 each. 6. Cabling from ceiling to a wall, QTY 01 each. 7. High Ceiling Bracket mount, P/N POA-CHL302, QTY 03 each 8. Zoom Lens for Projector PLC-XP46, P/N LNS-W31A, QTY 03 each. 9. Projector Pilot Software for Projectors PLC-XP46 &PLV-70, QTY 01 each. 10. PJ-NET Organizer LAN Module for PLC-XP46, P/N POA-PN01, QTY 01 each. 11. RF Remote Control Extender for classroom use, P/N X-10 Powermid, QTY 01 each. 12. Projector bulbs for PLC-XP46, QTY 03 each. 13. Projector Bulb for PLV-70, QTY 01 each. 14. ATI All In Wonder Graphics CCA for Computer Controlling Classroom Projector, QTY 01 each. To be delivered to Receiving Officer; Bldg A931; Naval Air Station, Key West, Florida 33040. The following provisions apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR) Database is a requirement for award to www.ccr.gov to register. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit theire offer in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc) but must include the follwing information: 1) company’s complete mailing and remittance addresses, 2) discounts for prompt payment if applicable 3) cage code, 4) Duns & Bradstreet number, 5) Taxpayer ID number. Offerrors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items with theire offer.
