- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY03 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2003. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2003. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F33CES32220100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside and is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 333120, with a size standard of 750 employees. AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AT: www.ccr.gov/. 1 Ea, Crack Sealing Machine, MFR: CRAFCO, Model: Super Shot 125D or equal, including (1) one day of on-site training. Submit signed and dated quotations including delivery charges and estimated delivery time on company letterhead or pricing document. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. No telephonic responses will be processed. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions.
