- Description
- This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. The project consists of the construction of corrosion control facilities on three sites, including: Five Cedars and Rutsatz Road Housing Sites on the Nooksack Indian Reservation, and the Pumphouse located on the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Reservation, in Skagit County, Washington. Facilities to be constructed include: a degasifier and clearwell with modifications to the existing control panel, the construction of two soda ash injection assemblies with accompanying controls and all necessary appurtenances for complete and operational systems. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Liquidated damages shall apply. THE BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting respective Tribal ordinances.
