Description

WANTED TO LEASE, OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease approximately 10,800 rentable square feet of office space within the following boundaries of Chicago, Illinois: NORTH: Foster Avenue SOUTH: Lawrence Avenue EAST: Laramie Avenue WEST: Central Avenue We are seeking first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield 9,387 occupiable square feet for the agency?s personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous on one floor. Occupancy is desired by fall of 2003. In addition, parking for 41 vehicles within two blocks of the space is required. At least two parking spaces must be ADA compliant. The General Services Administration does not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
