- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA), Region V, Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), requires contractor provided case file assembly services at three (3) OHA offices located in Flint, MI, Cincinnati, OH, and Cleveland, OH. Services required include thoroughly reviewing each case file, selecting proposed exhibits, marking/numbering exhibits and preparing exhibit lists. The Government will provide a limited orientation/training session on the preparation of the case files. All contractors and/or contractor employees will be required to pass a security background check before beginning work. Multiple awards are expected as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code fis 561499 with a size standard of $6 million. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Only offers from individuals or business concerns that qualify as small businesses will be accepted. Solicitation SSA-RFQ-03-0011 is scheduled for release on or about August 25, 2003 and may be downloaded from the Federal Procurement website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. PAPER COPIES OF THIS RFQ WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
