- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 150,000 up to 162,696 BOMA Rentable Square Feet of office and related space to provide replacement housing for an existing requirement. The Government will relocate from existing space under lease if economics involved and other factors prove to be favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on agency mission and other variables to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision. LOCATION: All properties offered to the Government in conjunction with this requirement must be located within the following delineated area: bounded on the North by I-66; bounded on the East by George Washington Parkway; bounded on the West by I-495; bounded on the South by I-95. LEASE TERM: Up to ten (10) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN AUGUST 25, 2003 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name & address; 2) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor?s Representative; 3) BOMA rentable & usable SF available 4) Common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by June, 2004.
