- Subscription service for the following products: Military specs and stds, comm'l non-govt stds, historical specs and stds, naval instr and directives, parts research and logistics data, dod adopted industry stds, full customer support including research/acquisition of non-copyrighted stds. IAW Navy Marine Corps NIPRNET Firewall configuration baseline, above items must not contain any active-x components. Development of such components in future releases may be cause for voiding contract. Period of performance is 10/01/03 through 09/30/04. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written notices will not be issued. This announcement is issued as N00102-03-Q-0804 and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through FAC 2001-08. The standard NAIC S classification is 541511. Special note #22 applies. Negotiations conducted with Information Handling Services Inc., 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80155-6720.
