- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 1 each of the following Rextorp items to Navy drawings, all without revision: MK46 nose assembly conforming to dwg 7607839, MK50/54 torpedo nose conforming to dwg 7607838, plus 2 each Universal Rextorp Forebody Assemblies conforming to dwg 7607835 lead dwg, and associated dwgs: 7607838, 7607839, 7607843, 7607860, 7607861, 7607862, 7607864, 7607865, 7607866 and 7607867. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. Distribution of drawings is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. NAICS code 33299 applies. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 s implified commercial acquisition procedures. This RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 18 August 2003. Award will be made on, or about 3 September 2003. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-respo nsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1 and 8 apply.
