- Description
- The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and updates for Matlab proprietary licenses from The Math Works Inc., 24 Prime Park Way, Natick, MA 01760-1500. The Math Works is the developer designer and manufacturer of this software and holds proprietary rights in data in providing support of Matlab software. The contract shall be a firm fixed price contract for a 12 month period ending 30 September 2004. FOB destination shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. FOB Destination. Quote is due 27 August 2003 no later than 2:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) to: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Building 183, First Floor, Room 102, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 and anticipated award by 30 September 2003. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has imp lemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
