- NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory proposes to issue a sole source purchase order open market to Veritas, 350 Ellis Street, Mountain View, California, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) for a ser vice contract for Veritas Maintenance. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within four (4) days after date of publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Synopsis published for informati on purposes only.
