- NA The Government intends to award a FFP sole source purchase order to IEEE, Piscataway, NJ 08855, for the IEEE Electronic Library On-Line. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures IAW the FAR Part 12. The period of performance will be Sep 03 thru Jan 04. All contractors submitting any proposals to the Government must have a CAGE code and be registered in the CCR. All proposals are due to be received in the contracting office by COB 02 Sept 03. In order to be considered, repondents must submit clear and convincing documentation of their capability within the time specified. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
