Description

NA Requirements contract for Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. Base year plus 4 option years, for various type bulk gases on an as needed basis to include, Liquid Argon, Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. Complete details will be included in solicitation. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. North American Industrial Classification System is 325120. Size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a) (7) and 14.205-1 (c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 25 AUG 03. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any in terested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offerors may render your o ffer nonresponsive and result in the rejections of same.
