- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are bei ng requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business size standard is 500 people. All interested offerors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fixed price contract. Modular Recording Studio Booths 2 Each Specification are as follow.: Self-contained modular recording studio booths, delivered and completely installed in Bldg 418, Presidio of Monterey, CA. Ground floor installation with easy outdoor access. Exterior Booth Dimensions (each) 11 FOOT 11 INCH x 15 FOOT 8 INCHES Must fit under existing 9 FOOT O INCHES ceiling. Self contained ventilation fan must be capable of 1.5 - 2 complete air changes per hour. No connection will be required to building HVAC system. Each booth must be equipped with one 30 INCH window, independent of the entr y door. Booths must have full AIR CONDITIONING/C power wiring and lighting system and be ready for connection to a Government-Installed dedicated branch circuit. Booths must seal to floor without any attachments, adhesives, or caulking, and must be fully r elocatable as needed. Noise isolation must be a minimum of NIC 40 to exterior and the noise present in the interior center of each booth shall not exceed NC25 with lighting and ventilation systems fully operating. Conduits shall be provided to route signal and control cabling from exterior to interior and shall not conduct noise into booth interior.
