- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. ***The asso ciated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111 with a small business size standard of $10.5 Million. All interested offerors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fixed price contract. The specificatio ns are as follows: Eight (8) Cubic Yard Dumpsters cubic yard front load dumpster with front load folk pockets on side and load-all hookup on front of dumpster, sliding steel doors on both sides and two piece spring loaded steel lids on top. Primed & paint ed (dark blue). Dumpster Shall meet or exceed all industry, federal and state standards regarding construction of dumpsters..
