- NA Provide all labor, equipment and materials to complete miscellaneous renovations to the inside of the Pharmacy lobby at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia. Work includes, but not limited to, remove approximately 250 feet of 5 feet high sisal wall covering and wall base. Install new sheetrock from floor to ceiling, finish, prime and 2 coats of paint on the affected walls, install sheetrock columns to match Outpatient Records (OPR) openings, install canopy over Pharmacy windows to match O PR, paint door frames, sand and finish ???? of doors, paint metal doors, install electrical light over canopy to light sign, install chair rail, crown mold, door trim, corner trim and base board to match finish and type as OPR walls, remove and reinstall s ignage and new signage for pharmacy pick-up to match character type, and size of signage above OPR, remove and reinstall all fire alarm equipment by a manufacture certified installer, all electrical is to be adjusted to match new wall thickness, all sheet rock corners are to be protected around door frames. All finishes are to be Sherwin-Williams. A site visit is required with Facility Management Branch, Tom Boutwell, 706-544-3415 or Peter Gabrielson, 706-544-2056 prior to submission of your bid. The onl y site visit/walk-thru is scheduled for 25 August at 9:00 A.M. beginning at Room 53, Martin Army Hospital, Fort Benning. This solicitation is for awarding a firm-fixed price contract with the estimated magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The re quirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAP). Bidders are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with Central Contractor Registr ation (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be available on or about 18 August 2003 and will be available at no cost on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) (http://acquisition.army.mil). All responsible bidders may submit bids, which will be considered.
