- Description
- This is a notice of intent that 11 CONS/LGCO anticipates issuing a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Omni Shoreham Hotel 2500 Calvert Sreet, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20008 to provide hotel accommodations for security delegation providing services for host of dignitaries of the Global Air Chief?s Conference (GACC). The requirement is for a hotel in Washington DC, to host the security staff which will be providing security for the attendees of the Global Air Chief?s Conference of September 2003. The hotel must be within proximity of the hotel hosting all of the GACC attendees. For security purposes it is vital that the distance between these two lodgings be kept to an absolute minimum. The proposed award date is 19 AUG 2003. Authority is FAR 6.302-1, 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 721110. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
