- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% set aside for small business under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. F09650-03-Q-0097. NAICS Code: 541330 Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: Approximately 1 OCT 03-31 SEPT 04 plus four annual options. (1740 hours per year) SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: Procurement of non-personal services for mechanical engineer in support of the C-130 System Program Office Directorate. Item 0001 is for labor services of one individual (Mechanical Engineer) (1740 hours). Item 0002 is for reimbursement of travel costs in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation. Item 0003 is for data in accordance with DD Forms 1423. These items are included in all option periods.
