- Description
- Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR has a requirement for verbatim transcription and court reporting services. The transcription will be from cassette tapes. This acquisition does provide for Government-furnished-information as provided for in the production of transcripts. The contractor will provide all other material. Security consideration will be established as the Government reserves the right to sole ownership of tapes, documents or any material associate with any transcripts as a provide service to the Government by the contractor. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The contract period will be from 10/1/2003 to 9/30/2004 with three (3) option years. The NAIC code is 541110. The Contracting Officer will ensure that the successful offeror does not appear on the GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Programs, the EPA Prohibited Buy List, or the HHS Exclusionary List prior to making the award. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document will be available August 31, 2003. Offers are due on or before September 15, 2003, 4:30 PM CST.
