- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervisi= on to replace two (2) Chiller located in Bldg #30. Work calls for the removal of two chillers, cooling tower and related piping in order to install new units. This project consists of mostly mechanical and some construction work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. The NAICS (North American Industry Classifications System) Code is 235110. Completion time for is project is 150 calendar days. The estimated cost of this project is $500,000 -$1,000,000. This project is full and open competition. There are a limited number of packages. All request for packages must be submitted in writing along with a check (make payable to =96 Agent Cashier VA Medical Center) in the amount of $25.00. The tentative issue date is 8-21-03 and the Bid opening date is 9-23-03. There will be only one (1) walk-thru for this project =96 9-16-03, 10am meet in Engineering Bldg #15. This solicitation cannot be downloaded from the Internet.
