- Description
- NA Specimen Jars and Slides for Morgue and Pathology: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, One Veterans Drive (90C), Minneapolis, MN, 55417 has a requirement for various sizes of specimen jars and slides for use in the morgue and histology department. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the government. It is anticipated that a Base Year with three Option Years not to exceed a four year contract will be awarded. RFQ-618-26-04-LK has been assigned to this solicitation and bid documents will be available on or about August 18, 2003. Solicitation and award procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR 12 and FAR 13 will be followed for this procurement. FSC Code 66 applies and the small business size standard is NAICS code 327212 (formerly SIC 3229), _Other Pressed and Blown Glass and Glassware Product Manufacturing_ with a small business size standard of 750 employees or less. This procurement is 100% SET ASIDE for Small Businesses ONLY.
