Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Center has a need for various electronic parts manufactured by FIDELITY TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION. 1. Heater Assembly, P/N: FD 1002024, Quantity of 190 each. 2. Backplane Assembly, P/N: FD1002200, Quantity of 5 each. 3. Interface CCA, P/N: FD1002300, Quantity of 50 each. 4. Analog CCA, P/N: FD1002400, Quantity of 50 each. 5. Flashlamp Capacitor, P/N: FD5003400, Quantity of 30 each. 6. Fiber Optics Assembly, P/N: FD1002930, Quantity of 70 each. 7. Mounting Flange Gasket, P/N: FD1002950, Quantity of 200 each. Delivery to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. No special packaging or barcoding is required but material shall be packaged for shipment in such a manner as to afford adequate protection to the item against corrosion, deterioration, and physical damage during shipment. All packages must be accompanied by an itemized packing list securely attached to the outside of the package citing the government purchase order. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, any shipping costs, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities to supply this part number by submitting: (1) Verification that they are an authorized distributor of the OEM; (2) Verification that they can obtain the required part from the OEM. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2003. NAICS code for this solicitation is 334419 the small business size standard is 500 employees.
