- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is seeking Systems Analysis and Program Management of the classified Intelligence and Security Automated Network (ISAN). Due to Gant Consulting, LLC?s unique expertise in working with (ISAN) and having all the necessary Certifications, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Gant Consulting LLC, Lake Hopatcong, NJ. This action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive Quotes. See Note 22.
