- It is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 2304)c)(1) with only one source, Northern Arizona University, for the continued development and demonstration of an embedded Piezoresistive Microcantilever Array for the detection of volatile organic compounds in biologic molecules at the Nevada Test Site. This activity calls for the modification of an existing sensor. This notice is not a request for proposals.
