- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial repair prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F09603-03-R-30110, and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure appear on the RFP attached. Requirement is for a basic contract period and four annual options: Required delivery date: 30 days after receipt of reparable or funded order, whichever is later. Required ship to addresses to be determined; contact PCO, 478-926-7355 when items are ready to ship. FOB: origin; Inspection and acceptance at origin iaw Statement of Objectives (SOO). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation of the proposal will be on price and price related factors. Offerors' ability to perform in accordance with the SOO will be subject to verification by government site survey; inability to perform iaw the SOO will render the offeror non-responsive. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation --Commercial Items, applies. Specific evaluation criteria appear in the Request for Proposal. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited appear in the RFP document attached. An additional contract requirement determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices is any standard commercial warranty provided. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is A1A. Numbered Note 22 applies. This is a 100% set-aside for small business.
