NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number DAHA36-XX-X-ENGI is issued as a request for proposal. 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS code is 333618. Size standard 1,000. Delivery shall be to CSMS-East, Building 10-102, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003 on or befo re September 11, 2003. Requirements: 6.5L (400 cu.in.), Type: 90 V-8, Bore: 103mm (4.06 in.), Stroke: 97mm (3.82 in.), Compression: ratio 21.3:1, Firing order: 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3, Oil pressure: 10-15 psi.idle (Hot) 40-60 psi. normal operating speed, Net Horsepower: 160@3400rpm, Torque: 290 lb-ft(393 N.M) @ 1700 rpm. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items, is applicable. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items with its offer.
