- Description
- Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Headquarters intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) for fabrication of seventeen (17) Outer Wing Panels (OWP) for the EA-6B aircraft. The EA-6B wing consists of the OWP (composed of a right and left outer panel and Wing Center Section. NGSC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the EA-6B and is the only known source that has the necessary aircraft drawing and schematics, technical qualification and depot/rework capabilities to support and meet EA-6B program schedule. See Note 22 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 14-AUG-2003.
