Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a commercial firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to PureEdge, 250 Park Ave., Suite 2450, New York, NY 10167. PureEdge shall provide ?PureEdge Designer and PureEdge Java API? training for SEC Office of Applications and Software Management. The course will provide training in the proper use of PureEdge Forms Designer version 6.0 and PureEdge Forms API version 6.0. Estimated cost of this procurement is $13,000. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and may identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by 10:00 Am August 19, 2003 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, Room 1300, Mail Stop O-20, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312, Attention: Edie Reisberg.
