Description
GSA MULTIPLE SCHEDULE (MAS) SOLICITATION. The General Products Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective 8/15/03 electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 7FCI-F8-03-0056-B (include the dashes). The solicitation is entitled Schedule 056, Buildings and Building Material/Industrial Services and Supplies. The products/services addressed in this solicitation are: FSC Group 39, Warehouse Equipment and Supplies (Attachment 1); FSC Group 46, Air and Water Purification and Sewer Treatment Equipment (Attachment 2); FSC Group 49, Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment, Automotive and Cleaning Equipment with Related Environmental Equipment (Attachment 3); FSC Group 54II, Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures (Attachment 4); FSC Group 54III, Above Ground Storage Tanks/Systems, Fuel Dispensing Units, and Fuel Management Systems (Attachment 5); FSC Group 56, Building Materials (Attachment 6); FSC Group 61, Power Distribution Equipment, Generators, and Batteries (Attachment 7); and, FSC Group 62, Solar Energy Systems, Energy Saving Lighting Products, and Specialty Lighting (Attachment 8). The basic solicitation includes clauses, which are applicable to the solicitation/resultant contract. The basic solicitation has 16 attachments. Attachments 1-8 are product/services attachments as described above. Attachment 9 includes full text of clauses incorporated by reference; Attachment 10 addresses Commercial Services Subject to the Service Contract Act; Attachment 11 has been deleted; Attachment 12 pertains to terms and conditions for Leasing and Rentals; Attachment 13 addresses small business subcontracting plans; Attachment 14 contains information to be used after contract award to add additional items and to request EPAs; Attachment 15 consist of information to be used after contract award to add overseas delivery if it was not initially awarded; and, Attachment 16 is used to exercise an option to extend the term of the contract. Offerors must complete and return the basic solicitation and all attachments applicable to the product/services, which they intend to offer. Attachment 9 should not be returned. Please read the attachment entitled, Read Me, for information and instructions in completing the solicitation and attachment(s). This is a standing solicitation with no closing date for receipt of offers. This solicitation will remain in effect until it is replaced by another refreshed solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any option to extend the term of the contract, or cancelled sooner. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Evergreen), which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional five-year periods, not to exceed a total of twenty years. All contracts will be indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding Fee provisions. The Trade Agreements clause applies to this solicitation. Partial Small Business Set-Aside provisions are addressed in the individual product/services attachments to the solicitation.
