These items will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 22 August 2003 at 3:00PM. Anticipated awa rd date is 29 August 2003. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 7 days after receipt of order. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
