- Description
- Construction of a 2 story admin. bldg, 11,520 sf in plan, with a 1,540 sf penthouse. Work consists of site utilities, earthwork, concrete paver walks, concrete foundations and slab on grade, structural steel superstructure, elevated concrete slabs on metal deck, metal roof deck with ballasted EPDM on tapered board insulation, combination brick and glass exterior with metal stud backup, cmu foundation walls and shafts, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, interiior finishes, elevator, restrooms, plumbing, HVAC system, duct & pipe insulation, fire protection system, fire detecting and alarm system, electrical power communications wiring, lighting, and incidental related work. Est cost $1 - $5 million. Construction docs will be available on or after 09/09/03. Non-refundable $50 check payable to ATK and mailed to Lisa Wildman at the address below is required for contruction documents.
