- NA The Philadelphia District intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with US Ditcher, 1805 South Port Road, Spartanburg, SC 29306, for the purchase of a DONDI 95 Swamp model Double Wheel Ditcher as an attachment to the Marsh Buggy at FT Mifflin, 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153. Delivery is required on or before 90 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered not later than August 19, 2003. This notice is NOT a request for Competitive Proposals. No contra ct will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within five (5) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Bonding is not required. All contract ors are required to be registered in the DODS Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300. The NAICS code is 333120 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Also, contractors who receive a federal contract of $25,000.00 are required by legislation to submit an annual VETS-100 Report on your employment of targeted veterans .
