Description
NA The Security Assistance Management Directorate, on behalf of the Communications-Electronic Command, is seeking a reliable source to provide Firefinder Operation Central Shelters, Associated Equipment, Spares, and Services to Foreign Military Sales Customer s. The requirements include: (1) The production and delivery of AN/TPQ-36(V)8, Firefinder Export OC Shelter, OK-398(V)6/TPQ NSN: 5895-01-400-3216 housed in an S-788 Lightweight Multipurpose Shelter (LMS). (2) Contractor Furnished Operator, Organizational, and Direct Support Maintenance Training for AN/TPQ-36(V)8 Shelter. (3) Contractor Engineering, Maintenance Support Services, and Technical Field Support for Shelters. (4) The procurement and delivery of Support and Tooling Equipment (5) The procurement and delivery Essential Spare Parts, Concurrent Spare Parts, and consumables for the shelter and its subassemblies. (6) The procurement and delivery of relevant Test Equipment needed for the radar systems. (7) Shelter Technical Manuals and other technical publications for Operator, Organizational and Direct Support Level operation and maintenance. CECOM does not have any funding for any Research & Development. Suppliers capable of furnishing the Firefinder Operations Central (OC) Shelters, spares, repair parts and special tools, training, publications, and support with an initial delivery to begin in less than twelve months after date of award, must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-SA-IEW (Danielle Kays); Building 1208: Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source, test results, or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the army with an unit that will b e physically and functionally interchangeable or better with the unit from the previous Firefinder Shelter. Successful source may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the army.
