Description
NA The contractor shall provide the total Life Cycle Contract Support (LCCS) to maintain nine (9) De Havilland DASH-7 (DHC-7) aircraft. Aircraft consists of eight (8) modified De Havilland DASH 7 (DHC-7) Airborne Reconnaissance Low (ARL) Special Electronic Mi ssion Aircraft (SEMA) systems and one (1) DHC-7 training aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance services logistical support, and management processes. The contractor shall provide services, materials, and personnel necessary to meet the requirements of maintaining the System. The System includes all aircraft systems and subsystems, electronics, avionics, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE), airframe avionics antennas, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP). The contr actor shall maintain the aircraft in accordance with (IAW) the Army's Operator Minimum Equipment List (MEL) at ninety percent (90%) Mission Capable (MC) per aircraft. The logistic support shall be IAW applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proced ures and the use of Military Standards (MIL-STD) and Military Specifications (MIL-SPEC) for guidance. The contractor shall be prepared to deploy to any designated area worldwide. The contractor shall manage all inventories of Government Furnished Material, Equipment and Supplies and be able to return those inventories to the Government in the same or better condition. The anticipated period of performance is from January 2005 through December 2010. Capabale source(s) must communicate their interest and prov ide a capability statement including synopsis of their abilities and past experience in repair, overhaul, modification, supplying of parts, engineering support, systems integration, and configuration management of this or similar items, in writing via facs imile to Ms. Lisa Bridges at (256) 955-8290, no later than 30 September 2003.
