- Description
- This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns only. The acquisition is for a project consisting of, but not limited to, installing an automatic underground irrigation and sprinkler system at Fort Wright Cemetery near Spokane, Washington. Installation includes, but is not limited to providing and installing automatic timers (battery operated due to no electricity), valves, all irrigation piping (2-inches in diameter PVC piping), and sprinkler heads. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Aug 03. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The areas of evaluation will be stated in Section M of the solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and through competitive negotiation procedures utilizing best value in terms of price versus past performance trade off procedures. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Government furnished materials are not included. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, including maps and specifications. The construction magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems Code is 238990. The small business size standard is $12 million.
