- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract for base-wide Appliance Maintenance Service to perform appliance installation, maintenance, and repair. Response time for routine calls will be within eight (8) work hours of notification; emergency calls will be within one (1) hour during normal duty hours and two (2) hours after normal duty hours. Contractor will furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed period of performance will consist of a one-year basic period, 1 Oct 03 to 30 Sep 04, and four one-year options, through 30 Sep 08. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811412, size standard $6 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after Request For Quote (RFQ) closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
