- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F2J30032090200. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This is a total small business aside(100%). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 443112, size standard 500 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for (1) Qty 2 ? Tandberg 1000 Table-top (128kbps ISDN/384kbps IP) Presenter, Part #1121022. (2) Qty 2 Tandberg Rapid Response for Tandberg 1000, Part #1121022S05. (3) Qty 2 ?Canoga-Perkins Ethernet Media Converter, 100base-TX to 100baseFX, SC Fiber connectors. Part #9119-412-1-1. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Please indicate FOB destination on quote. The following Provisions/Clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (which includes: 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers (29 U.S.C. 793); 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965, As Amended (41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.) (Applicable to Service Contracts only); 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (29 U.S.C. 206 and 41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.) (Applicable to Service Contracts only)). Offeror shall include a complete copy of the provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror's Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer.
