- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, VISN 7, Augusta, Georgia, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, with Best Access Systems of Georgia, 1901 Montreal Road, Tucker, GA 30084, for realign key system for VA Medical Center, Atlanta, GA. This procurement includes 533 pre-pinned cores, 1016 pre-cut keys, code sheets for each new key series, blank cores, key blanks, exchangeable core padlocks and cap setting press. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 423710 with a size standard of 100 employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation detailing their experience in providing this service and equipment, to the Contracting Officer or by FAX to 478-274-5578. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM, August 29, 2003.
