- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a purchase order to Engineering Technology, Inc., Progress Dr., Suite D, Orlando, Florida, 32828, on a sole-source basis under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed procurement action is for one Automated Light Survey System (to include Hard/software, manuals and training). The system combines GPS Map coordinates with light level readings to produce Maps. Unit to measure between zero and fifty foot candles, with an accuracy of .1. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures including provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-14. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
