- Description
- This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The item required is a heavy duty truck scale and the required quantity is l each. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offers), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). Evaluation factors shall be price, price related factors, and IAW the purchase description and additional Government requirements attached.
