- The Department of Homeland Security intends to procure 10 each, 2004 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. all terrain vehicles, camo green with black wheels. FOB Destination, delivery to U.S. Border Patrol, 96 Calais Road, Hodgdon, ME 04730. Quotes must be received not later than 27 AUGUST 2003 in order to be considered for award. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR. This announcement consitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. This is a 100% small business set aside.
